Seems you can make upper body nudity on anything using the "extend video" feature. The level of moderation on that is much lesser.

On a video you've already generated, if you click it or pause the video or otherwise get the ui to pop up, at the bottom appears an "Extend video" text box". I was using a singapore VPN when testing so might not be everywhere.

It also depends on how you edit the image...even its size. I noticed that if the image is slightly stretched in a horizontal position, it easily passes moderation... and it is better not to post the image completely with legs and too naked places...to go through the first video

I learned that the extended part can only be as loud as the loudest part of the previous video. i remedied it by making a loud sound the the first video
