"What's a Lewdtuber and an AVtuber?"
A 'Lewdtuber' is a vtuber who creates some form of adults-only content. This can include NSFW streams on a streaming platform that facilitates them, creating adult animations, audio or images using themselves or their vtuber persona and creating physical adult goods as merchandise. 'AVtuber' is the Japanese nomenclature for the same thing.
